Return Policy


At Lilly Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Returns:
* You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team at @lillystore.pk@gmail.com or contact in Instagram to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely and include your order number.
3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email.

Refunds:
* Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
* Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges:
* If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions:
* Certain items, such as bought in sale or custom designs are not eligible for return.
